Board and list view

Overview

By default, Flat displays your workspaces as boards, where topics are displayed as cards arranged in columns. Alternatively, you can view a workspace as a high-density list, where topics are displayed as rows grouped by workflow stage.

Toggle board/list format

To toggle whether to view a workspace as a board or as a list, visit the workspace, then click the list icon in the top right corner to view as a list, or the adjacent board icon to view as a board.

Your preference is saved separately per workspace, so you can leave some workspaces in the default board view and other workspaces in list view.
